Indigenous Landscapes Exhibition

The White Ripple Gallery and Co. is one of the NDCAC's Global Experience, Indigenous World Community Partners. White Ripple Gallery & Co. is partnering with the South Shore Convention and Visitors Authority (SSCVA) and The University of Notre Dame to celebrate the natural settings (landscapes) near and along the shores of Lake Michigan native to the states of Illinois, Indiana and Michigan that remain undisturbed since the times of the indigenous people of the area.  The exhibition, a White Ripple Gallery exhibit and an official exhibit for the University of Notre Dame’s Indigenous World program, will be on display from Monday, Feb. 9, 2015 through Thursday, March 19, 2015 inside the 6,500 square foot W.F. Wellman Exhibit Hall at the Indiana Welcome Center.  Indigenous World is a year-long celebration on a world-wide scale of indigenous people and their culture, native settings, artwork, literary works and more.
