Northern Indiana Artists Exhibition

For this fall 2016 exhibition of Northern Indiana Artists more than 75 artworks were submitted to be juried. Artworks were selected based on technical skill, content, relationship to other works in the exhibition and their physical ability to fit within the exhibition space. Based on these criteria 43 artworks are currently on view in the Crossroads Gallery.
Northern Indiana Artists is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of creative art. NIA will mark its 75th anniversary in 2017. Members work in a range of media, including oils, pastels, watercolors, acrylics, printmaking, photography, clay, digital art, sculpture and mixed media. Based in South Bend, the organization includes 135 members from northern Indiana and southern Michigan. Artists must pass an independent jury process to become members. The exhibition and reception are free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served at the November 18th reception. Some artworks are available for sale. Please see the front desk for NIA contact information regarding purchase.
